We have been selling our extensive range of products in many countries for quite some time and because of this success we will now also be serving the Netherlands and Belgium.

When you have finished shopping, you can proceed to paying for the products. The moment you complete the payment, we receive the order from you online, it is checked by us and, if complete and approved, forwarded directly to the warehouse in Germany. We then receive notification that the products are ready for collection. This is done by our employee who is responsible for shipping the products in the Netherlands. Once the products have been dispatched, you will receive confirmation from us that your product(s) have been dispatched. Please note that some products may have a delivery time, is mentioned with the products, you can always enquire about any status after ordering: never a problem!!! PLEASE NOTE: all products ordered to size please measure in advance as we order these to size and therefore cannot be returned. Through our site you can view and assess all products via multiple photos, all sizes are listed with the product. The delivery size is stated with each product, so what is stated there is what you should receive, report immediately if this is not the case!  Similarly, products that are changed in terms of colour, etc. cannot be returned. !!!!! Return shipments should always be sent in combination with your bank transfer so that the accountant can arrange things more quickly!
