1) Door hardware is custom ordered for you or put together in parts, which is why all sizes and photos are included with each product so that you can clearly see what you are buying and so you can measure some before purchasing. These custom ordered items or composed sets are therefore not taken back. Please do not order 10 sets e.g. but one first to try on. Send us an email first so we can check if it will fit.
2) All sizes of the products are listed in each ad, so measure before purchase because that is knowing! If items are returned because they do not fit then the cost of handling in any case 15% will be charged! On the basis of matching we take nothing back, we do not start to, better look at the pictures that speak for themselves + read texts please. Not done then we charge handling costs.
3) Similarly, purchased products that have been changed or adapted in consultation with you will not be returned.
4) At each product is the delivery size, so what is listed there is what you should get delivered, report immediately (within 24 hours) when this was not the case then we deliver it immediately after.
5) Items you return must be returned within 14 days of purchase in the same condition, indicate reason for return, insure your package for security. Items that arrive later will not be processed.
6) Return items must match order number and name + give reason for return, otherwise it will not be processed.
7) Attention: Send your products back under insurance, then you will be indemnified when the product is handled carelessly during transport, do not underestimate this because it happens very often unfortunately. One does not take it so closely with the packages sometimes. So: insure during transport if possible! Then fragile items after they are collected in good condition with us can not be returned because e.g. stone statues during transport damage, such as hairline cracks. We do not take back.
8) Statues and articles that are fragile we can send but preferably not, because a stone statue is still unintentionally damaged during transport by delivery services. The only methods that can be used are on pallets, but this has a price tag. These items will NOT be taken back!
9) NOTE: ON THE RETURN PACKAGE MUST ALWAYS BE 2 STICKERS WITH SENDER AND ORDER NUMBER ON THE OUTSIDE EASILY READABLE ON THE PACKAGING, ONLY THEN WE CAN QUICKLY FINISH! THE ARTICLES MUST ALSO BE CAREFULLY RE-PACKAGED FOR RETURN, PACKAGES THAT COME TO US AS A RATTLE BOX BECAUSE THERE IS NOT CAREFULLY REPACKAGED AND THUS THE CONTENT IS THEN USUALLY HEAVILY DAMAGED, THESE PACKAGES ARE NO LONGER HANDLED AT ALL!!! WHY 2 STICKERS: THE SHIPPING COMPANY TOO OFTEN STICKS ITS OWN SHIPPING STICKER OVER THE SENDER AND THEN WE CANNOT SEE FROM WHOM THE PACKAGE COMES.
