About delivery

We deliver our products throughout the Netherlands and abroad (rates are negotiable!).
Orders are delivered from Tuesday to Saturday; delivery on Sundays, Mondays and public holidays is unfortunately not possible.
Delivery times between 09:00 and 18:00.
In busy periods, such as around the holidays, your product may be delivered in the evening.

For deliveries within the Netherlands, we use a courier service that determines the delivery route and time itself. We therefore have no influence on the exact time your product is delivered to the recipient address.

We also use Post.nl and DHL. Parcels heavier than 50 kg are delivered in consultation. Please note that heavier items (over 30 Kg) cannot be specified in the delivery charges, please enquire via e-mail, as we have to request a separate price for these as well!

Orders abroad are always in consultation, you will know beforehand what the costs will be.

YOU WILL ALWAYS RECEIVE MAIL AT THE TIME OF SENDING FROM US CONTAINING THE TRACKING CODE FOR YOUR PACKAGE AND THE LOCATION WHERE YOU CAN PICK UP THE PACKAGE AFTER YOU HAVE RECEIVED MAIL FROM US, 

ALWAYS CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER!

ATTENTION: upon delivery of the article, it is advisable to check the contents before you accept the parcel!!!!

Because in case of damage after the time, we together (you and us) have no claim right.
