This latch ideal for mounting on antique doors. It can be used as a front door or also as a room door handle.

Note on door hardware installation:
Many historical front doors had a mandrel size of 10 x 10 mm. Therefore, you can also find such a sleeve (which reinforces the 8 mm backset to 10x10 mm) in our range.

Material composition : Thanks to the use of high-quality materials and refined craftsmanship, our door handles practically correspond to original hardware from the last century.
The individual parts are manufactured by hand as raw castings in the sand casting process, just like 100 years ago. Loving finishing by hand grinding, brushing and polishing, and special surface treatment ensure that our replicas can hardly be distinguished from the antique original.
Maintenance advice for front door - rosette:
Outside, all door hardware should be regularly dusted with a soft dry cloth and a coat of polish applied, as is usual for wood. This will form a film and prevent the natural oxidation of the antique iron.
Do not use abrasive or chemical cleaners for cleaning. After the polishing wax has dried, polish again. This will preserve the pleasant silk-matt shimmering antique character of the fitting.
