If you have used the contact form and have not yet received a reply, it is possible that your internet provider or your email programme is blocking email from Shoptrader.co.uk. If this is the case, please consult the help function of your e-mail programme to find out how to remove the setting that is blocking e-mail. When you are able to receive e-mail again, please still contact us by using the contact form. You should also regularly clear your Cash memory this can be done by pressing Ctrl + F5 button at the same time. FOR MAIL ALWAYS CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER MAIL TOO!!!
